1. DishTV is organizing an activity called #DishTVPassionCheer
2. The contest will be held periodically and an announcement for the same will be made on Facebook & Twitter.
3. To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:
a. You must be a resident of India and a fan of our Facebook page
b.You must submit a link to a video of your 'cheer' in the comment section of the contest post
c. Your 'cheer' must be recorded either as a Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or YouTube video
d. To enter, simply reply to the contest tweet with the link to your video & use the hashtag '#DishTVPassionCheer'
e. Your response must be submitted within 48 hours of the contest post going live on Facebook. Entries received after 24 hours of the contest post will not be eligible
6. Winners will be chosen randomly by authorised DishTV representatives from among the eligible responses
7. DishTV reserves rights to add, amend or remove any clause or halt the contest without any prior notice.
8. The selection of winners is final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
9. DishTV will not offer a cash equivalent in exchange for the tickets
10. Employees and their immediate families, as well as representatives,vendors, or others who in any way earn an income from DishTV will not be eligible for the prize.
11. DishTV reserves the right to use all entries in promotional materials in any medium.
12. Facebook and Twitter are neither sponsors nor affiliates of this contest.
13. In case a winner is unable to claim their prize within the prescribed timeframe, DishTV reserves the right to transfer the prize to another eligible entry or cancel the winner's prize
14. DishTV reserves the right to disqualify any entry, if it can be traced to an account that misrepresents the entrant.
15. Failure to follow the above instructions may result in ineligibility for the contest
16. By submitting your entry for the #DishTVPassionCheer contest, you implicitly agree to the terms and conditions stated herein
17. DishTV's responsibility ends with the shipping of the prize to the winner. Should any damage or loss occur during shipping, DishTV will not be responsible, as this is under the purview of the courier company.
