4. Your submission will be validated within 36 to 48 hours and from then onwards your entry will be eligible for the main jury shortlisting process.

5. Once your submission is shortlisted, you will receive an email of approval with a link to your gallery on the microsite.

6. For the Popular Choice Award and to increase your chances of winning the contest, you are required to share your entry on mentioned social media platforms and gain as many votes as possible.

Under the Fine Arts & Visual Arts Category - All artwork/ Photograph must be submitted in digital format as a .jpg or .png file only.

Artwork size cannot exceed 5 Mega Byte (MB)

Under the Performing Category - All performances must be submitted in video format as a .MP4 file only and size cannot exceed 120 Mega Byte (MB). Video shouldn’t be more than 30 seconds
