About Contest –
- Participants will post a picture with their father and tell us that one quality they would love to have from their father that inspires them.
- Duration – 3 days.
- Entries will be only received till 21st of June 2015, 11:59 pm.
Twitter - Rules- All the participants must follow @HerbalsHimalaya to be a part of the contest.
- Participants will have to reply using @HerbalsHimalaya in their tweets. Any entry without handle name and the hashtag #DaughterLikeFather will be disqualified.
- The contest post must be re-tweeted for participants to be eligible to win #DaughterLikeFather Contest.
- Judges’ decision will be final and binding for Himalaya Herbals India #DaughterLikeFather contest.
Facebook - Rules- All the participants should like the Himalaya Herbals India official Facebook page.
- Participants should Like and Share the contest post.
- Participants should post their entries tagging #DaughterLikeFather. Entries without the hashtag will be disqualified.
Terms & Conditions -The Contest is open across India. All contestants should be 18 years of age or above.
- Participation in this Contest is not contingent upon the purchase any Himalaya Herbals India products.
- By participating in this Contest, the Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions as well as the decisions of Himalaya Herbals India which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Programme.
- The winners of the Prizes shall be selected by the judges at the end of the Contest Period.
- The prizes shall take up to 60 days to be sent to the winners. The Prize is not transferable, no substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of the Prize will be permitted.
- The decision of Himalaya Herbals India regarding the winners of the contest shall be final and binding on all Participants.
- Himalaya Herbals India retains the sole authority and discretion of determining the quantity of the prizes being given during the duration of the Contest Period.
- The winners of the Prizes shall be required to take delivery of the prize or complete the formalities relating to the delivery of the prize to the satisfaction of Himalaya Herbals India within 60 days from the date of receipt of information from Himalaya Herbals India. If no steps are taken for any reason whatsoever by the winners within the said stipulated period the winner's entitlement to the prize shall stand automatically forfeited.
- All prizes will be handed over to the winners against due acknowledgment of receipt. Himalaya Herbals India shall stand fully absolved of its obligation under the Contest post receipt of the prizes by the winners and shall not be liable in any manner to the winner and/or his/her legal representatives on any aspect of the Contest whatsoever.
- Himalaya Herbals India reserves the right to alter, modify or change any terms and conditions herein or modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Contest at any time during the Contest Period at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.
- Himalaya Herbals India retains the right to contact the Participants any time after the end of the Contest Period.
- Himalaya Herbals India or Facebook/Twitter shall not be responsible if for some reason the participant is unable to connect to the said web page or post their entries for any reason whatsoever.
- The personal information shared with Himalaya Herbals India, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the Participant.
- All disputes with respect to this Contest are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts or forums in Bengaluru only.
- This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook/Twitter.
